Easy Keto Meatballs

Step One: Mix ingredients

1 lb grass-fed ground beef

1 egg

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and roll into meatballs.

You can cook them on the stove with some butter/oil/ghee but mine were pretty big so I browned them in an oven-safe pan and then put it in the oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes until they were cooked to 170 degrees.

Step Two: Cook until browned

Cook meatballs in a pan with butter or ghee until cooked thoroughly.

When done, you can optionally combine with a small amount of marinara sauce.

Serve with vegetables or a salad.
